Is it Mischa Barton's personal goal to get on every worst dressed list on the planet before she reaches her next birthday or something? The girl's style has been on a steady decline ever since she got rolled on The OC. And please tell me why she felt the need to cover her knees with tights yet appears to be totally braless? Why she chose to wear those boots with that matchy matchy skirt that has to be from the Pocahontes collection at The Disney store. She also appears to be sporting what my BFF Laura calls "Rodeo Trash Hair" which is when your hair has way too many layers in the front and looks like it was cut at the Clip & Curl in some forgotten backwoods town. I know that Mischa likes to talk about her "London" roots all the time but honey, just because you hail from the land of Kate Moss does not make you Kate Moss. It doesn't even make you Sienna Miller. Try again.ps- apparently Perez agrees too!

She used to be so cute...what happened? I just don't get it. It breaks my heart. How did she think those moccasins were a wise choice? I can say, however, that I like the pattern on the trim of her skirt...though that doesn't make up for the rest of her nasty getup.
Agreed! Not to mention that she was in NYC smack dab in the middle of their heat wave; tights and suede boots in 90 degree weather is just plain crazy.
