icky. not a fan of diamonds:) i've had a blast watching the bachelor this year but that jason is starting to get annoying. who on earth would give up jillian for goodness sakes?

Ick. Don't like it, at all. I don't care how big the diamond is if it is a bad shape and an ugly setting. Trying too hard Jason....

I agree with you gals. That's a lot of look in one ring. Hope whoever gets it loves it. It was a fear of mine to get proposed to with a hideous ring. I mean, what do you say in that situation?

There's just too much of something... maybe if it was just an unusual shape, or just turned lengthwise, or something. But just not all at once, you know. It's kind of confusing me, and I am pretty sure that is not the response any man goes for...
Prior to said engagement (c'mon, don't you always know it's coming?) you say, "Honey, here is the ring I like" (insert email w/picture attached here)
If he doesn't know you well enough to know what you WON'T like - maybe you shouldn't be marrying him? of course, there is no cure for bad taste & poor guys ... some of them have it. I think they are the same ones who order flowers from 1.800 and they come in a box ... either that or McUgly's, I mean McShan's (sp)
The flower lesson is the 1st one I subtly teach the guy I'm dating. ;) ring would be next.
I think it would be a gorgeous ring, if it didn't have that hideous center stone (or the man) attached to it.
i would never pick it for myself...but lbh, if a man i loved gave me that huge rock and glittery setting from neil lane, i would pretty much deal with it. and the more i look at it, i think i might even like it...
That is ugly, I'm sorry... I feel bad, I do... but man, that is not good.
It's not going to work out because:
A. You should never start a relationship out on the wrong foot with an ugly ring.
B. Bachelor relationships rarely last.
C. He's kinda weird looking too.

I like the shape of the diamond but I do NOT like the setting, the design, any of it. It's too much and totally ruins the antique quality of the center stone.
